For Me Christmas used to equalled to endless eating. But that is no longer true. Because I eat healthy portions and freshly made, good quality food all year around, the sight of enormous size of meals actually puts me off eating. My body does not appreciate that anymore, so I prepare food we like and good for us. Don’t take me wrong, we still try to celebrate with food, I will cook and bake, we will have some nice Hungarian cakes, but I won’t cook all the traditional meals and definitely won’t have large quantity.
